Before submitting enrollment papers, please call or email to speak with a Totem representative.
You can choose to work through the Word Document column, or the PDF document column.
Please see the checklist for each.
If you are currently enrolled with Totem, and are re-enrolling for the next school year, you do not have to submit the 2. Records Release, 4. Birth Certificate or the 5. Vaccination Records forms again.
